We adopt fully automatic hydraulic pressure welding craft to form integrated grating structures without loose joints or false welding. Our hot-dip galvanizing strictly follows ISO1461, controlling zinc coating above 85μm, with upgraded 120μm thick coating available for coastal anti-corrosion. Precision CNC cutting keeps dimensional tolerance within ±0.5mm for custom sizes. Independent laboratory conducts load, anti-slip and corrosion tests for every batch.
