Industrial Flooring Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Grating of Flat Serrated Load Bearing Bar for oil and gas Industry

Pressure Welded bar grating is forge-welded, a system in which NJMM was a pioneer. In this process the bearing bars and cross rods are permanently forged together by heat and pressure into a single unit construction, resulting in greater strength per pound than mechanical assembly methods.

The twisted cross rods provide a non-slip walking surface. For applications where extremely slippery conditions prevail, Serrated bar grating offers a superior grip surface to the load bearing bars.

Product Parameters

Bar grating types are specified by bearing bar spacing followed by cross rod spacing.

Constructed from a series of flat load bearing bars, either 3, 4, 5 and 6mm thick at 17, 20.5, 25, 30, 34, and 41mm centers,
to which traverse bar sections are electro-forge - welded into the top surface. Available with 5,6 & 8mm crossrods
